She has experience of over 5 years and is double certified as a Lash Artist. In addition to being a Lash artist, she is also an educator and has trained aspiring Lash Artists. "My passion is beauty. This is the best job anyone could have, and I love every part of it." -Karen PLEASE READ POLICY BEFORE BOOKING DEPOSITS: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $25-$30 is required depending on the service. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your appointment. If you cancel your appointment, the amount paid is non-refundable. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION: You will receive a text message reminder prior to your scheduled appointment. Please confirm your appointment promptly to avoid cancellation. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING: Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. You may use your deposit to reschedule once. LATENESS: We understand delays happen. You have a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be applied, and your appointment will be shortened accordingly. If you arrive past 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged 100% of the service. GUESTS: Please come alone to your appointment as no guests are allowed in the treatment area. SERVICE DETAILS: Depending on the service, lash extensions can take between 1.5 to 3 hours. A fill requires at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. If less than 40% remains, you will be charged for a full set. After three fills, a removal and full set appointment are required. Please add removal to your appointment if needed. REFUNDS: All payments are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please contact us directly. APPOINTMENT DAY PREPARATION: Ensure your lashes are clean and free of makeup, moisturizers, oils, or creams. A $10 fee applies for a lash bath if necessary. Upon arrival, please notify us via DM or text. Arriving 15-20 minutes early is discouraged as I may be finishing with another client or on a break. HOW TO BOOK: Select your desired service (e.g., Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume set), then choose specifics (e.g., Full set, 2 week fill, full set with removal).
